Museum Café
Make your break a masterpiece!
The Correr Museum café, overlooking one of Venice’s most scenic locations, St. Mark’s Square, becomes a welcoming meeting place open to everyone.
Located on the first floor of the Royal Palace of Venice, in the reception area adjacent to the Museum Shop and the ticket office of the Correr Museum, the café has free access (no museum ticket required) and follows the museum’s opening hours.
The café seats up to 60 guests, with small tables and comfortable armchairs, making it an ideal place to relax after a museum visit, as well as a meeting point in the heart of Venice, offering a unique view of the magnificent St. Mark’s Basilica. It is a true Venetian lounge, perfect for a pleasant break, an excellent Italian coffee, or an art-inspired lunch.
Within our spaces you will find a carefully curated food selection designed to showcase the very best of Made in Italy, while drawing inspiration from Venetian tradition. The menu features hot and cold dishes, international salads, and a snack line named after great Venetian artists such as Tintoretto, Veronese, and Titian. To best accommodate all needs, the selection also includes options for people with celiac disease, as well as vegetarian and vegan products. Completing the gastronomic experience is a beverage offering that includes a selection of local wines and quality beers.
For younger visitors, the museum experience becomes even more enjoyable with a dedicated coloring kit; for adults, in addition to the food and beverage offering, there is a musical soundtrack designed to create the perfect atmosphere for an artful break, along with a selection of international newspapers to stay up to date.
